　　As I am graduating, I'd like to write this letter to express my feelings before leaving school. Learning in this school is a very enjoyable and meaningful experience for me. In the past three years, I have understood the pleasure of efforts and challenges, which will be beneficial to my life in the future.

　　While I attained a lot during this period, I also regretted wasting much time. With the much pressure on me, I sometimes read some novels in order to relax myself. The novels may relieve me from stress, but I should have focused on study.

　　在我收获很多的同时,我也后悔浪费了太多的时间。当有太多压力的时候,我会读一些小说来放松自己。小说可以缓解我的压力,但是我应该专注于学习。

　　No matter what I did in the past, it is essential to adapt myself to a new and hopeful life. Therefore, I will try my best to face more challenges in the university. I am full of confidence that I'll get used to it soon.

　　无论过去我做了什么,都必须适应一个全新的充满希望的生活。因此,我将尽我的努力在大学面临更多的挑战。我充满信心,我很快就会习惯的。

　　Last, I want to give you some advice. Don't put much pressure on yourselves. Keep in mind: it is not just the results that make it important, but what you have done during the preparations.

　　最后,我想给你一些建议。不要给自己太多压力。记住:不仅仅是结果很重要，重要的还有你在这个过程做了什么准备工作。

　　but for myself, i learn English not only because of its importance and itsusefulness, but also because of my love for it. when i learn English, i can feela different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world. when iread English novels, i can feel the pleasure from the book which is differentfrom reading the translation. when i speak English, i can feel the confidentfrom my words. when i write English, i can see the beauty which is not the sameas our chinese...

　　i love English, it gives me a colorful dream. i hope i can travel aroundthe world one day. with my good English, i can make friends with many peoplefrom different countries. i can see many places of great intrests. i dream thati can go to london, because it is the birth place of English.

　　i also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to theEnglish spoken people, i hope that they can love our country like us.

　　i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hardstudy, one day i can speak English very well.

　　if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so ibelieve as i love Englisheveryday , it will love me too.

　　hello, dear teachers and fellow students. it is my honor to be here on thisbeautiful friday morning to share with you my view on “me- time”. in myopinion，finding me-time is important. with the development of the modernsociety, we students in china have more and more pressure. we have to spareevery minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class trainingcourses to improve ourselves. so we are really in lack of me-time which ishelpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried.

　　i do not have as much fun as before and i always miss my childhood. threehours of homework and two piano lessons one day make me have hardly any me-timeto relax myself. i was once an active basketball player on my school team. butnow, basketball, my best friend, i haven’t touched it for almost two months. me-time seems to have become a luxury.

　　last week, when i heard there was going to be a basketball match betweenour school and no 1 middle school, i was so excited that i rushed home and toldmy parents the news. i asked my father, “ dad, may i play basketball afterschool ? the coach says i am the best guard in our school. if i join the schoolbasketball team, we are sure to beat no 1 middle school this time.” my fathershowed his dispproval and said, “ of course you can’t . i’m disappointed at you.why do you have such a silly idea? don’t forget to work hard on your schoolworkand piano lessons.” in my parents’ points of view, playing basketball is a wasteof time

　　as far as i’m concerned, the school assignment to the junior schoolstudents is too heavy. to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults, we shouldbe allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. the pressure put on our studentsby excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physicallyand mentally.

　　my dear teachers, i hope you can assign less homework so we students canenjoy a period of me-time. my dear parents, would you please not follow me andremind me of study all the time? please trust me that i will do my best. my dearfriends, why not stop for a while from your heavy homework and do anything youlike? it’s me-time. i do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load wouldbe beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. finding me-time willmake our life rich, colorful and rewardingthank you for your attention

　　have a dream

　　Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

　　I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

　　When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

　　Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.

　　I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.

　　I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.

　　I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.With all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!

　　This is my hope .This is the faith that I continue my steps with!!!

　　With this faith ,I will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up !

　　每个人都有自己的梦想，当我还是个小孩的时候，我的梦想就是有一个我自己的糖果店，但现在，当我16岁，站在这里，我的梦想已经改变了很多。

　　我有不同于其他的女孩，当他们在家里玩玩具，而他们梦想成为公主的故事，我是跑在大雨，大雪中跳跃，在强风中投球。没有什么能阻止我，因为心底的呼唤——要成为一名运动员。是的，当然，我是一个运动员，我很自豪，所有的时间。
