摘要：The present invention relates to a thoracic trocar (1), comprising a mandrel (20)that is movable in an axial direction inside a housing arrangement (10), wherein themandrel (20) has a removable sleeve (31), wherein the mandrel (20) is lockable relative tosaid sleeve (31) in at least one position in the housing arrangement (10) by means of alocking device (15), wherein in a first locked position the mandrel (20) protrudes with thetip thereof (21) beyond the sleeve (31), and wherein in a second position the mandrel (20)is protrudingly covered by said sleeve (31).
