摘要：A method, system, and computer program product for informing an applicationserver whether or not a mobile subscriber is present on a mobile telecommunicationnetwork includes a first step for sending a first distinctive signal from the mobile
subscriber to the mobile telecommunication network, intended for the mobile
subscriber. A second step determines a present or not present binary state according toa reaction of the mobile telecommunication network to the first signal. A third stepcommunicates to the application server the state determined in the second step.
