摘要：A method and apparatus for regulation of the power factor of a 3-phasenetwork fed with power from another 3-phase network via a short high- voltage directcurrent transmission link interconnecting the two networks. The d.c. transmission linkincludes rectifier and inverter stations connected at opposite ends of the link and theinverter station is controlled in such manner as to supply power to the fed network at avariable leading power factor in dependence upon the actual power factor of the fednetwork.
