摘要：A node structure (1) for use in a data transport network, in particular a busnetwork, for transporting a packet data stream. The proposed node structure comprises:
- a plurality of inputs (2.1, 2.2) for receiving data packets; - a plurality of outputs (3.1, 3.2)for outputting data packets; - a switching matrix (5) for switchably connecting one of saidinputs with one of said outputs; and - an add/drop functional element (10) foradding/dropping information to/from the packet data stream, wherein said add/dropfunctional element is included in said switching matrix.
