首先请允许我向大家介绍出席今天动员大会的领导他们分别是乡领导校长许修才副校长李仕刚、黄疆平。让我们以热烈的掌声向各位领导表示热烈的欢迎另外出席今天大会的还有百合乡的全体教职工。

大家上午好。
今天我们带着一份对小学教育执着的追求，齐聚白马桥滨江小学。参加白马桥滨江小学高效课堂开放展示活动。首先请让我代表滨江小学全体师生对各位的到来表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！感谢大家对我们的支持和帮助。
我们滨江小学从年开始进行高效课堂模式的研讨，经过大家的共同努力，共同研究，结合我校教育教学的实际，我们确立了“双主互动，快乐体验”的高效课堂模式，在多的时间里，我们全体老师一直在这条路上摸索前行，到目前为止，也有了一些小小的收获。今天，给我们带来示范课的肖婷老师和刘军英老师就是我们当中的佼佼者。
